Tiffani Young LBS LPC

Clinical Director

Tiffani is a licensed behavioral specialist and licensed professional counselor. She graduated from Rosemont College with a master’s in clinical counseling and is back in school again as a candidate for a Master’s in creative writing.

Tiffani worked in community mental health before starting her own practice, and has experience working with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, women’s issues, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Availability: Day, Evenings, and on Saturday.

Areas of specialty: Career stressors, Life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Women’s issues, and Grief. She sees teens 16+ and adults.

Patricia Cilenti LBS CMFT

Patricia is a licensed behavioral specialist and a certified marriage and family counselor. She graduated with a master’s in clinical counseling.

Patti’s training in behavioral and family therapy allows her to work with families impacted with trauma and ongoing stressors to address both individual patterns and relational dynamics.

Availability: Day, Evenings, and on Saturday.

Areas of Specialty: Couples, Relationship issues, Children, ADHD, Behavioral issues, Life transitions, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. She sees children, adolescents, and adults.

Lana Darlington LCSW CCTP

Lana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She brings more than 25 years of clinical experience.

Lana’s training in trauma, multichannel eye movement integration, guided imagery, narrative therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and assertive communication coaching allows her to work with individuals impacted with trauma to address not only what they think about their experiences, but also how those experiences continue to live within the nervous system.

Availability: Evenings

Areas of Specialty: Trauma, loss, attachment wounds, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. She sees children 13+ and adults. Lana provides therapy in English and Russian.

Toby Schafer

HR and Administrative Coordinator

As the Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator, Toby plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of North Star Mental Health. He handles employee relations, billing, client services, as well as other office operations.
